This website provides information about our menu, pricing, and ordering process. Orders cannot be placed through the website and must be made via WhatsApp, Instagram DM, or phone call.

2. Menu & Pricing

Products are subject to availability. All menu items and prices listed here are subject to change without prior notice. Final pricing, including any additional applicable charges, will be confirmed at the time of order.

3. Orders & Payments

Orders are accepted via WhatsApp, Instagram DM, or phone call. Full payment is required in advance to confirm your order. Orders must be placed in advance. Same-day orders are accepted only if schedules permit. Product descriptions, images, weights, and serving suggestions provided are indicative and for reference only.

4. Delivery & Pickup

We do not deliver directly. Customers may:

Arrange a third-party pickup (Ola, Porter, Rapido, Uber etc.)
Opt for self-pickup from our kitchen studio at the agreed time

We are not liable for any damage, delay, or mishandling of the product once it has left our premises.

5. Cancellation & Refunds

Orders once confirmed and paid for are strictly non-cancellable and non-refundable. Please confirm your order details carefully before making payment.

6. Allergens

Please inform us of any allergies or dietary restrictions before placing your order. Although we follow strict hygiene and handling protocols, cross-contamination of allergens cannot be entirely ruled out.

7. Intellectual Property

All content, images, product names, and descriptions on this website and our social media are the property of Palette Pastry Studio and may not be copied or used without express written permission.

Any personal details shared with us for order processing will remain confidential and will not be shared with third parties.
